Bio:

My name is Daniel Bruno and I am an Illustrator and 3D Generalist from Orange County California. After some wandering in my early 20's I decided to pursue my passion for art and turn it into a career. It was at this time that I discovered the documentary film, Drew, The Man Behind the Poster. In the film, renowned Illustrator Drew Struzan recounts his time at Art Center college of design, stating that he went to college to learn how to paint, and hearing that from him was all the direction that I needed.
I enrolled at Fullerton College in Fall of 2014 and completely ignored all of the general ed classes that I was supposed to take and instead enrolled in every studio art class that I could find and supplemented that education further with online classes at Learn Squared, Gnomon, and Brainstorm School. My desire to improve my artistic abilities made me a voracious student. In my time at FC I was lucky to meet many great people, students and instructors alike. I am now working on someday making a living with my craft, and hoping to break into the games industry, seeking out work with indy game devs and other creatives, while simultaneously expanding my skillset and pushing to further improve my artistic abilities through online classes and self study.
